Its so hard to say something to someone in the gym cuz people now a days dont know how to take a pointer. its a rare occasion ill step in to say something but thats about as bad as it can get you might wana step in and just let em know...atleast then you know you tried and when he slips a disk you can say "i told you so"

 

one day that dude was straight up yelling at his girl and i couldn't take it anymore and stepped in, and told him to cool his shit or i'll cool it for him. His GF was good looking but really overweight. i hope she gets in shape and dump his ass.

I don't say anything...the equipment says consult someone first, and you sign a waiver...I don't fucking care...hurt yourself, one less asshat in my gym to fuck with my workout

 

that's my attitude now too, esp if they act like dick bags.

Had some guys come to the gym today knocking on the door. I went over and let them in and they said "we were looking for Crossfit". I said "Oh, so you don't lift, I guess?"

They just looked at me and turned around and walked off...

 

See...this I don't mind. A guy doin crossfit and makin fun of it/himself for it.

 

I laugh at comments like this cuz when i go to a 24 hour fitness or something i can lift more than 80% of the people and im a crossfiter...so i can also do other things than lift weights. I can almost clean and jerk 300 and run a sub 5:30 mile

 

So he can charge you an extra 30% on your total purchase...he was probably gona slap a progenex logo or something on your supps, cuz obviously the crossfit names make it worth more bro!?!

Reebok crossfit endorsed stuff is stupid with how much they charge. I didnt own a single reebok crossfit thing other than the nano shoes untill today. Dicks sporting goods was have a huge clearence and i got 2 reebok crossfit sweatshirts for 50 bucks couldnt pass it up retail was fucking 80 bones ea on those suckers!?! :0

 

Also, did an actual arm workout today for the first time in over a month. Hit biceps and triceps pretty hard. I forgott how nice a good arm pump feels lol i wana be in that 18" gun club!!!
