    The better coast
Try baby kale instead of spinach. The juveniles don't have the strong kale taste and and almost taste like spinach, only better :D

Steam it and lay it over an omelet. Wilts down nicely.

I switch it up all the time. I like to change up the days for each muscle group and change what workouts I do. it's hurts so good

I switch it up about every 3-4 months

    Exactly.

I used to take Optimen, but I've got no problem at all eating all that stuff. I love me some food!!!!

I should probably be taking one on my cut, since I'm lacking in the micro dept right now, but I guess it's too late now that I'm only cutting for a few more weeks

I hate how you have your whole day plan out with activities and then you eat a cheeseburger or a burrito and the day is ruined.

Exact same thing happened to me today. My fiancée lifeguards at a pool in the summer and they've got a concession stand...2 trays of nachos and cheese, a slice of pizza, a pack of air head extremes, an orange soda, and 2 laffy taffy's later, I'm sitting here ashamed and unable to move

    Leg day...

Squats #225: 3x5 pause 3 second at bottom. 2 minute rests between sets.

Incline leg press #450: 3x15 super set with this pull sled thing of #225 for about 400' 3x.

I'm pooped. / Pooping right now TBH.

Edit: Here's my diet... Just updated it. I usually follow it 95% on weekdays... Maybe 50% on weekends. I suck at weekends... Probably would gain more if I'd just fucking be better on weekends but FML.

It was a long time coming. I usually cheat with fried food (meat), but I guess the sweets finally caught up to me...700 calories later
