40:23 ... It was killer. I have only been doing this for about a month now though, so I try to cut myself a little slack. I finished though! We had 2 quitters, which hasn't happened before since I have been here anyway.

I'm a believer in liquid vitamins as its observed up to 80% better than pills. I use "viva" that u can get at Costco. Big bottle costs about $12 and lasts a while.

i have been lurking this thread for a while now and finally decided to post. when i was in high school, i was a 3 sport athlete and was in the weight room everyday for a good 2 hours at the minimum. i never really got into supplements or anything just worked out (i did my damndest to gain weight but it wasn't happening lol). i am 5'11" and i weight in at a beastly 145 pounds haha (but in my defense i maxed my power clean out at 245 lbs and squatted 350). now i have been in college for 2 years and haven't lifted a single weight and i gained 25 pounds. the gym on campus is nice but a lot of assholes go there (i.e. "no bro can't use that yet i need it so fuck off" kind of douches) so i have just avoided it. i did some p90x videos in HS and i have all the Insanity videos but haven't done any of it.

ok point being is that i want to get back in shape and take vitamins/supplements but i don't know what would be ideal for me to take? thanks in advance for your help

hahaha there's a whole lot of that on the campus gym where I go too as well. Usually the best time of day to go in order to avoid that is between 9-11 am (on my campus atleast).

Dudes pumping iron, mad dogging everybody they see as they walk around between sets

    So tough!

The last few months the pump I get with Delt excersises is unbeleivably painful. I am not talking joint pain, as I know what that feels like, but this is much more like someone just punched me as hard as they can right in the shoulder. Not a sharp pain at all. I am concerned with what's going on. One armed cable raises, dumbells, etc are the worst. The lighter weight stuff is what is getting me.

That being said, it's brag time. I hit 225 on the military for 8x the other day and I am starting to see veins on my delts through my tshirt.

Ya, I think I am going to do that. Rear raises are fine, the side ones are the issue. I hope I am not tearing stuff up.

Looking good, man. I am opposite, bulked all winter and now cutting. Damn hard for me to ever get my abs looking like you though. I have a really hard time eating clean, particularly as teh wife is Japanese and prepares carb-rich food all the time that is hard to resist. I have been doing better now that I am on a prohormone cycle, and I want to maximize it, but I have a couple cheats throughout the week.

Lol i didn't always have abs and I have to bust my ass and watch my diet daily 365x a year.

Which ph? What r ur stats? I just swore on fb I'm done helping others with advice and tips but given this forum I have seen lots of others help one another out. Let me know if I can help.

Ok, enough. I feel like a photo whore. Oh, and on the diet, my wife is Peruvian so I feel your pain on the food.
