Accommodating to most people's skill level. The fact that it was on a Redbull dirt bike track didn't help anything lol

After about 4 hrs of work, I finally got my bulking diet ready to go. I was gonna wait until mid-August to start, but if I have to eat one more fucking tuna sandwich, I'm gonna kill myself, so I think I'm gonna start the bulk this week. I've been cutting for 3-4 months now for a total loss of 22 lbs and I've lost very little size or strength, so I'd call it a success. I could've lost way more weight, but I only did a 500 cal deficit cut, in order to preserve as much muscle as possible. The only thing that I did notice was that my arms went from 16.25" to an even 15" and my chest has gotten much weaker; other than that, everything else was about the same. On a brighter note, I went from a 36" back to a 32" waist....still no 6-pack, but fuck it....4 is good enough for me lol

Anyway, after eating 2170 cals for 3-4 months, it's finally time to do what I enjoy and get bigger and stronger. I started my cut at 200 lbs and am now 178. My goal is to be 205-210 by Feb. I'm basically using my same bulking diet as last year's, but with more food that hits my micro's, as well as a lower-fat diet, in order to keep my bodyfat below ~12%

    6 egg whites
    2 fiber bars
    1 apple cinnamon oatmeal packet

    turkey sand:
    4 sliced turkey
    1 slice pepperjack cheese
    2 slices whole wheat bread
    1/2 tsp. mayo
    salad:
    1 cup spinach
    1/2 cup broccoli
    1 med carrot
    Olive Garden Italian dressing
    Coke
    baked lays

    1 cup whole milk
    2 scoops ON whey
    banana
    5 strawberries
    1 tsp. chocolate syrup
    1 tsp. honey

    hamburger helper
    93/7 ground turkey
    frosted mini wheats

    chicken breast
    red potato
    bagel w/ grape jelly
    coke

    greek yogurt
    cheese stick

    3263 calories, 211 g protein, 485 g carbs, 67 g fat.

    time to get big!

This sounds almost exactly like how my cut went. I went from 17" arms to... I don't even want to know now, but last measurement was 16. Chest strength is down, but didn't really lose anywhere else. 6 pack got close, but still didn't completely tidy it up. I am at about 14%bf. I am going to do a couple hi carb weeks here and make one more push towards lean, but then begins the bulk again!

Try to keep your sugar intake (not "simple" carbs) below 1/3 of your Carb intake
