    why?!

After calculating it, out of the 484.5 g carbs in my bulking diet, 226 g of that is from sugar, which is over the 1/3 carb-intake limit (161.5) by 65 g

The foods in the diet with the highest sugar content are:

    2 tsp. honey: 34 g
    2 Coke's: 66 g

Sadly, I realize that the 2 Coke's gotta go :( That'll bring my sugar intake to 160 g, which is a hair below the 1/3 mark....I can go without the coke, but having to throw in 66g of a complex carb is gonna be a pain in the ass...I hate brown rice and all that shit.

Maybe you should look into Kettlebell training. Great total body conditioning that doesn't take up a lot of room, in the house. Lots of helpful videos, on YouTube. Also, been doing a lot of bodyweight stuff lately. I'm finding that keeping it simple is the way to go. Good luck, buddy.

I've been on a big diet coke kick for some reason.. I feel ya..

You could try mashed sweet potatoes, I made some last night but instead of milk and butter I used chicken stock (low sodium)... creamy and tastes freaking great

quinoa is also a great brown rice alternative... the texture is a great way to mix it up and, like rice, it absorbs with what you cook.. I just do a lot of garlick and Mrs. Dash Spicey salt stuff

Got it figured out. I deleted the 2 Coke's and the tsp. chocolate syrup and added 1 cup of brown rice and a serving of pretzels. I can handle brown rice, as long as I've got some liquid aminos and eggs to throw in

no. I'm starting my bulk tomorrow! I just got burnt out on cutting. I got down to around 11% bf and lost 22 lbs, so I'm fine with it!

    My bulking macros are 3259 calories, 218 g protein, 463 g carbs, and 70 g fat

    Very excite!

I've been counting for 2-3 years now and it's just the easiest way for me. If I don't, I either eat way too much or way too little. A lot of people are anti-macro counting and anti-IIFYM, but it works for me, so I say fuck 'em lol.

I train 4 days a week, 45 mins to an hour per session, currently using Doug's 4 Day Split.

I eat 6 meals a day, starting at 11am and end at around 8:30pm

    11 am:
    6 egg whites
    2 fiber bars
    oatmeal

    1 pm: (pre-workout meal)
sandwich: 2 slices whole wheat bread, 4 slices turkey, 1 slice pepperjack cheese, 1/2 tsp. mayo
    1 serving baked lays
salad: 1 cup spinach, 1/2 cup broccoli, 1 med carrot, 1 serving Olive Garden Italian dressing

    2 pm: (post-workout shake)
shake: 1 cup whole milk, 2 scoops ON whey, banana, 5 strawberries, 2 tsp. honey
    1 serving pretzels

    4 pm:
hamburger helper with 93/7 ground turkey
    1 serving frosted mini wheats

    6 pm:
    chicken breast
    red potato
    bagel w/ grape jelly

    8pm:
    Greek yogurt
    cheese stick
    1 cup brown rice

Hamburger helper is one of my all-time favorite foods. Yeah, calculating mine yesterday took a good 4-5 hrs, but it's worth it in the end

woke up at 4:30 to make it down to the gym early

took two scoops of pre accidentally....added a scoop to the bottle, went to grab something, came back, added another one

man, after cycling off then blasting into a double serving

my ass felt like a squirt gun
