I've been told twice in the last week that my arms are getting smaller...and it hurts man. I've about plateaued on my current routine. Down 12 lbs over the last month...but the last 4 or 5 days I haven't moved. Soooo...I'm thinkin about adding a cardio session in the mornings so I don't have to limit my food any more. Get the metabolism goin early.

Also, yestterday was a refeed day...and I saw a commercial for Pizza Hut. Sooooo...I got Pizza Hut. Including the Hershey's Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookie. SO. MUCH. DELICIOUS. Back to the normal routine today, though :( I already want more pizza. And I want a grilled cheese sammich, still.

I usually drink my coffee from 8-10. I don't really start getting hungry until 10-11am. Now that I'm gonna be eating a lot more, I'll probably get an earlier start.

Stupid chest workout today. I'm exhausted. Did some drop sets on flat DB at the end. Doing 75-50 drops. On my last set I got 6 with the 75 and 4 with the 50s :anonymous:

    Can't. Move.

Is this stupid or what, at work I work in shipping and recieving. I work at a hospital and we get cases of iv fluids that weigh 37#s. I will pick two up and walk them to where they go on the shelf which is only about 30 ft. Today I took one case With both hands and put it out in front of me, like stopping a curl mid way and just holding it. I wanted to see if I could hold it out for a minute. So I tried it and I did. Is there any benefit to this? I will grab a pallet and do a few lifts with that. Am I being stupid about this.

Turns out the roomy is a closet alcoholic like myself. We just had a few pitchers, fast food and finished off with 185lb cleans in the back yard.
