Thanks for the motivation (pics), you worked hard and it shows. We have exchanged a couple pms, your help is def appreciated by me and others I am sure.

I am taking Havoc, not real gear but those days are behind me (yrs ago I was doing test/dbol cycles). From the research I have done, this is a very dry ph, and can actualy help during a cutting phase (which I am doing). We'll see. I am 12% bf right now, I want to cut to 9% and add a bit of lean muscle if possible. I am skeptical, but if anything it will help as it forces me to eat cleaner and work harder at the gym as I don't want to waste the time/funds involved. Mainly, I just want to be in better shape for summer.

well since i got on the new foods i am down to 243 not bad for only changing my food like 3 weeks ago and loosing 5 pounds in those 3 weeks. i am still working out but have been plagued with injuries so i am not doing what i want to, but at least i am still there working. for some reason i can not run, when i do my right knee starts to hurt like hell on the outside by my knee cap. i can make it about 10 minutes then it starts to hurt. i have ran through it couple times but my trainer about killed me and said do not run for 2-3 weeks and see what happens. then i tweaked my back and had to the chiro 3 times in the last week. it seems to be better now. plus i am getting a massage tonight so i hope she can get me a little more loosened up.
