73 today. Gonna be back in the 90's Tues though. We've got a cold front coming through right now, but in GA, June-Sept is usually in the 90's and humid as fuq.

Our 90 is your 110. When we went to Huntington Beach last year, I packed nothing but tanks and shorts and it was 90 and my damn nips were getting hard!

Also, after much deliberation, I think the coke is staying in my diet. I plugged everything into myfitnesspal and all my micros are hit, so I say fuqqit. If I can cut 22 lbs drinking a coke a day, I'll be fine bulking with it. I've already got huuge amounts of grains and shit in my diet, so one coke won't kill me......or maybe it will...we shall see

i fucking hate chest and shoulders, almost no progress in strength gains in the past 4 month. gained maybe 10lbs on Bench and overhead. FFFFFFUUUUUUUCCCCCCCCKKKKKKK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
