my friends dont do that to me...but i do to them. i always have to yell at them not to touch the bar.

but i make them suffer...and find it hilarious till they quit from being sore...no pain no gain i guess. but it is a confidence boost for me that i grew up with them and was always the smallest, and still am, but im stronger

What are you looking for in the juices other than the anti-oxidants and what not? If you're looking for the insulin spike without the crash I'd recommend Karbolyn. Multiple flavors (or flavorless if u just want to mix it with ur protein shake)
Karbolyn is pure carbs, sugar free, no clumping or any crap like that.

For creatine, I use Kre-Alkalyn by EFX. It's in a pill form so there's no excess calories, sugars, bloating or headaches that I normally got with powder forms. It's also pretty cheap :)
I use it up to the day of the show and retain zero water on it :)

Well its not just sugar that powers the body. There is little to no sugar in my diet (unless it's a planned cheat meal) carbs as fats help gauge my power levels. Cheat meals are great because they refill your glycogen levels which give u more energy, make u appear bigger, strength increase, and help with the water in the joints.

Any who, just got back from my first sports medicine massage. According to the PTA/Massage therapist I have a "inpinged (sp) rotor cuff and tight IT bands on the legs. The massage was painful but helped.

Yeah I've felt pretty shitty as of late. Moved out on my own in November and my diet has been total crap. Started feeling pretty guilty lately. And my gf has been working out a lot lately since she got a job at a gym. I find it hard it to eat. I have the appetite but I can rarely think of the food to eat. I need some simple options. This morning I had special k cereal, banana, almonds. Not enough food.

Tight IT bands is what was causing all my knee pain a few months back. Now that I stretch them after cardio, my knee pain is gone.
