Thanks man! I've got a decent bench. I've been toying around with the idea of focusing on my squats/deads and dabbling in some powerlifting.

whats your guys view on kinesio tape? just curious

 

iv used it once on my elbow after playing a lot of dodge ball with some friends hahaha because my throwing mechanics are shit and those damn balls are too light so i threw my elbow out and i thought it kinda helped but iv been told by some physical therapists that it does absolutely nothing, and at a dollar a strip not gona help me enough to buy it plus i think it looks stupid when people cover themselves head to toe in it...i do like using it to wrap my thumbs for hook grip tho because its softer and bends more than normal tape but like i said for a dollar a strip no thanks

 

It's ok. I use it sometimes for my knees and ankles but doesn't do much more then regular tape. Just more flexible.

don't waste your money, kinesio tape, rock tape, all market gimmicks

 

I prefer scotch tape

 

Made some progress over the past 6 months. Still have some ways to go

 

If something needs to be braced w/tape....just tape it with real tape.

Kines tape is a joke for most applications.
