    What i mean is if i were doing some inverted handstend barbell press like seen before id please ask them not to have the banner or shirt in the frame when they fail so it doesnt get labbled as crossfit cuz thats not crossfit! Thats being an idiot, however it is fun to watch atleast :spy:
