    i have really shit shoulders and have dislocated my right one more than a dozen times. preetttty sure theres a small rotator cuff tear there

    I was diagnosed with tendinitis a few times back in high school from varsity paddling practice...this is exactly the same, with the same inflammation/stiffness around the delts

    tomorrow is going to be so fun

    Reminds me of a recent convo I had at the gym a few months back. We have a louge area in my gym, and this old timer (maybe in his 70s) is sitting in the louge drinking a PBR. He says to me, 'I just worked my ass off so I could have this beer. I also gotta come back tomorrow, because I am having this beer'. This guy had it all figured out haha.

    Haha just go buy flour, vegetable oil, and pickles. Coat the pickles in flour, get about 2" of oil super hot and fry them for about 1 min....so good

    I like to add Cajun seasoning or lemon pepper for extra flavor

    My boss brought lasagna and peanut butter fudge and chocolate fudge and yellow cake. I stayed away from the cake, which Is my favorite cake...but I had chocolate fudge and 2 huge plates of lasagna. So much for low carbs........
