    legs and chest.. went hard didnt quit... everything was 12 reps with heavy enough weight to make it hard

    Just did legs. Something's fucking my sinuses up today, but I didn't let it get in my way...only blew a few snot bubbles. Mixed it up a little today b/c I only had about 40 mins:

    Leg curls: 4 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6 @ 35 lbs per leg
    Back squats: 4 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6 @ 135, 185, 225, 275
    Seated leg curls: 4 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6 @ 150, 140, 140, 140
    Seated leg extensions: 4 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6 @ 140, 150, 160, 160

    Time for a Bud Light #dontjudgeme

    It doesn't really hurt when I bend backwards; I have to bend backwards for a few seconds before I feel any tenderness at all. It's felt the best today it has since I pulled it.

    I originally injured the area a few years ago when pulled my spermatic cord. That lead to having an inflamed right inguinal canal. During vigorous exercise/activity my right inguinal canal now inflames. That can be running, biking, lifting, fucking, etc.

    I had two inguinal hernias; one at 7 and one at 8. I'm genetically predisposed....

    oh also I was drinking a powerade during my workout as an intra... I have to say it felt good. But, I dont know if it helped a whole lot, maybe it did maybe it didnt.. change of pace other than water

    side note, making burritos tonight, taco seasoning, ground beef, black beans onions and cheese.... yum!

    As soon as I got home from the gym, I got hit with the funk! Sinuses all stuffed up and draining at the same time and body aches. Shit sucks. The fiancée made jalepeño stuffed, bacon wrapped, pepperjack covered chicken...that might do the trick

    For your sinuses, go in the bathroom and fill the sink with HOT water. Put your head over the sink and cover your head with a towel. The steam from the hot water will open your sinuses and help clear them out.
