Do any of yall do higher-rep DL's? The past few weeks instead of the typical set of 3-5 I've been putting on a light weight of like 315 and doing 4 to 5 sets of 8-10 reps and been seeing some nice results. The entire next day my whole back will be pumped and I feel huge lol

Anyone need a good no carb, low fat snack? Pork rinds. 0 carbs, 5g fat, 8g protein per 1/2 oz serving. But they're pork rinds so 1/2 oz is like half the bag

Got sent a heart rate monitor to test out and put through its paces. This is supposed to be a new type of Holter monitor but can be worn up to 14 days and continuously record ever electrical pulse.

I do have a heart problem but they wanted someone who is very active to test it out.
So far 20 minutes of working out and its already coming somewhat undone on one electrode. I sweat far too much in 20 minutes...

I like to do light and heavy. I try to do light weight, high reps and heavy weight, low reps. Best of both worlds

That was a staple when I did keto. Throw some hot sauce on them!

If you had to choose between oatmeal or peanut butter and jelly before the afternoon workout which would you eat.
Also the other will be eaten just earlier in the day

I like to eat my biggest meal pre-workout, so I'd say both!

I don't eat it RIGHT before my workout, but about an hour and a half to two hours pre-workout. It's usually a turkey and cheese sandwich, Baked Lays, a salad (spinach, broccoli, carrots, green olives, and ranch dressing), and a 12 oz. Coke. That pre-workout meal gives me all the energy I need to get through 45 mins to an hour of heavy lifting! I used to train fasted, but training with food in my system just works for me. I feel like fuel is being streamlined this way. Then, post-workout, I load up on 50g whey, 1 cup of milk, a banana, 5 strawberries, 2 tsp honey, and a serving of pretzels. But that's just me...

    Hell yes!! :woot:

I pulled the first time 6" off the ground and bitched out on it. 2nd pull I got it though... Back was a little round but I was belted up so I knew I was still good. First lift was a better pull but yep. It's all in my head I am so scared to get hurt and be out of work and everything I love to do; especially sitting comfortably on TW...
