    Interesting development with c4. I let my water sit in my truck, so it was warm/hot when I mixed the c4 in. I felt it much sooner than when I drank it cold.

    I'm currently 6'1" @ 200#

    Deadlift: 405
    Squat: 315
    Bench: 225... Haven't maxed out in forever...

    945 total... Some day.

    On a side note, at least I have the same first name. Close enough right?

    Nice everyone seems to have pretty good totals. Im talking about a month off gym tho, body and mind is getting burnt out.

    Im probably down a bit since the last few months have been volume/cardio work

    and now i gotta wait for my legs to heal and my shoulder tendinitis to go away

    but my class/work sched has gym time worked into it, and the new gym is sweeet so I want that 1000 club by 2015

    Feelsbadman. Every time I've taken a break though I bounce back with gains. It's nice to chill out every now and then but the entire time off you feel like you're shrinking haha

    What are the fundamental exercises? It's been so long since I've worked out and need to start again. Looking for the multi joint movements like Bench, military press, squats ect. Tips on squats and like deadlifts please, never been good at getting my legs to grow. Looking to do this only for like three months then go to some individual exercises. I have worked out before and had good results but looking for a little more strength and thickness added.
