    I'm home on leave for 18 days right now. Between eating all the delicious fried food, not working out, and the humidity pretty sure I've lost all recent gains. Already looking forward to getting back and tearing it up

    Check out Starting Strength. It wouldn't be a bad kick start for you. Just be careful and watch your form.

    -squats
    -dead lifts

    I've seen people training with those....retarded. Just stuff a sock in your mouth and train like that #winning

    Today is the first day I'm not feeling like complete shit due to the sinus infection I had, so I'm gonna get my first gym session for the week in. Sucks b/c now I gotta do Wed, Thurs, Fri, and Sat to not miss anything. I hate doing 4 days in a row, but I'm too lazy on Sunday's to go to the gym.

    I usually get hit with some kind of sinus shit about once a year and it only lasts a few days. I'm sure an allergy pill would help, though. According to the fiancee, I'm just a big baby :notsure:

    So, I dropped the lid on my Stonewave Cooker and it shattered, so I decided to try it without the top...virtually the exact same thing happened lol, which means you can get the exact same effect from simply putting eggs in a microwave-safe bowl and nuking them for about 3 mins #duped

    FML..stuck at about 210 pounds for almost 2 wks now. I'm not shocked because I know plateauing happens, plus if I'm adding a little muscle I have to expect it anyways.
