I'm home on leave for 18 days right now. Between eating all the delicious fried food, not working out, and the humidity pretty sure I've lost all recent gains. Already looking forward to getting back and tearing it up

 

I haven't really tried maxing out on anything...

 

Check out Starting Strength. It wouldn't be a bad kick start for you. Just be careful and watch your form.

 

Where would I start looking for this Starting Strength? I'm pretty strict on form (not worried bout impressing my ego) but want to learn more definatley, specially legs! Thanks for the help

 

Compound movements would be
-bench press
-shoulder press
-bent over row
-squats
-dead lifts

i never do 1RM either

DL: 325 (x3, most i've tried)
Squat: 325 (x3, most i've tried)
Bench: 205 (maybe, maybe.....maybe.....maybe not.....ok, 195)

I've seen people training with those....retarded. Just stuff a sock in your mouth and train like that #winning

Today is the first day I'm not feeling like complete shit due to the sinus infection I had, so I'm gonna get my first gym session for the week in. Sucks b/c now I gotta do Wed, Thurs, Fri, and Sat to not miss anything. I hate doing 4 days in a row, but I'm too lazy on Sunday's to go to the gym.

I know youre not new to the east coast but I have to take allergy pills to survive out here (never had a problem back home lol) that could be the cause? but you know more about your body more than I do


als I have a confession ... last night.. the lady and I got taco bell then shared a birthday cake ice cream dish at some local place

 

I usually get hit with some kind of sinus shit about once a year and it only lasts a few days. I'm sure an allergy pill would help, though. According to the fiancee, I'm just a big baby

So, I dropped the lid on my Stonewave Cooker and it shattered, so I decided to try it without the top...virtually the exact same thing happened lol, which means you can get the exact same effect from simply putting eggs in a microwave-safe bowl and nuking them for about 3 mins #duped

 

isnt that the thing that cooks it from all angles and allowes grease to drop down?

 

I dunno. My future mother-in-law bought it b/c I could cook eggs at work and I thought it was the greatest thing ever....little did I know that I could have been cooking eggs in a regular bowl all along

FML..stuck at about 210 pounds for almost 2 wks now. I'm not shocked because I know plateauing happens, plus if I'm adding a little muscle I have to expect it anyways.
