    Nope, I'm off today lol. Enjoying my last week of freedom before school starts back next week…although, it was hardly a vacation, since my summer classes just ended 3 weeks ago and I'm still studying for the LSAT 10 hrs a week lol.

    Anyway, did chestntris today and it was glorious. I took MP Assault and it had me cracked the fuck out haha. I also started doing forearms today. Gonna do them when I do calves after my 2nd and 4th workouts of the week.

    incline bench-press: 4 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6 @ 135, 155, 175, 155 lbs
    pec dec flys: 4 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6 @ 215, 200, 200, 180 lbs
    cable crossovers from bottom: 4 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6 @ 60, 50, 50, 50 lbs
    cable crossovers from top: 4 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6 @ 30, 40, 50, 60 lbs
    dips: 4 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6 w/ 50 lb weight for 2 sets and 25 lb weight for 2 sets
    close-grip bench press: 4 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6 @ 135, 135, 135, 135 lbs
    standing skull-crushers: 4 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6 @ 75, 75, 55, 55 lbs
    seated calve raises: 3 sets of 10 @ 90 lbs
    leg press calve raises: 3 sets of 10 @ 240 lbs
    barbell wrist curls: 2 sets of 15 w/ 45 lb bar
    rope wind-up: 2 sets of 10 w/ 10 lb weight

    for the guys that do cleans-

    do you guys make hip contact at the top of the pull right before the jump?

    I don't, wondering if thats a sign I use too much arms
