I went to the Drive In. We might have gotten snacks before we went. Like, mini Milky Way Caramel, mini Kit Kats, Reese's Pieces......

Well, after my 1st beer binge since bulking, I officially feel like a fatass. When cutting, I could just cut out all carbs on drinking days and it wouldn't affect me, but on my bulk, I ate a shit-ton of food, plus drank about a 12 pack yesterday, so I know I gained some bad weight. Oh well, it's college football season next weekend, anyway, so I'm sure my bf is gonna rise a little lol.

Glad I'm not alone. Usually on Saturday, we always hang out with friends and have a few beers, but when it's college football season, it's amplified times 10230420340235 lol. Go Dawgs!

    Need your thoughts:

So, as I said earlier this week, I've been wanting to try and do legs twice a week. Since I'm already doing arms twice a week, I figured I might as well try doing everything twice a week. Well, I think I found something that will allow for it. It's a 4 day upper/lower split. I've been reading all day that, with the proper diet, which I have, hitting everything twice a week is so much more beneficial than only once. So, without further adieu, here it is:

    Monday (Upper A):

    Deadlifts - 3 sets, 6-10 reps
Incline dumbbell press - 3 sets, 6-10 reps
    Bent-over barbell rows - 3 sets, 6-10 reps
Incline hammer press - 3 sets, 6-10 reps
EZ bar curls - 3 sets, 6-10 reps
Overhead dumbbell press - 3 sets, 6-10 reps
    Close-grip bench press - 4 sets, 6-10 reps
Side lateral raises - 2 sets, 6-10 reps
    Dumbbell shrugs - 2 sets, 6-10 reps

    Tuesday (Lower A):

    ATG Squats - 3 sets, 8-10 reps
    Semi-stiff-legged deadlifts - 3 sets, 8-10 reps
    Leg extensions - 3 sets, 10-12 reps
Lying leg curls - 3 sets, 10-12 reps
    Smith-Machine lunges - 3 sets, 10-12 reps
Machine calf raises - 3 sets, 10-12 reps
Seated calf raises - 3 sets, 10-12 reps

    Thursday (Upper B):

    Deadlifts - 3 sets, 6-10 reps
Incline barbell press - 3 sets, 6-10 reps
Seated cable rows - 3 sets, 6-10 reps
Decline dumbbell press - 3 sets, 6-10 reps
Alternating dumbbell curls - 3 sets, 6-10 reps
    Smith-machine seated overhead press - 3 sets, 6-10 reps
EZ bar lying tricep extensions - 4 sets, 6-10 reps
    Bent-over cable lateral raises - 2 sets, 6-10 reps
Behind the back barbell shrugs - 2 sets, 6-10 reps

    Saturday (Lower B):

    Smith-machine Squats - 3 sets, 8-10 reps
    Semi-stiff-legged deadlifts - 3 sets, 8-10 reps
    One-Leg extensions - 3 sets, 10-12 reps
Seated leg curls - 3 sets, 10-12 reps
    Dumbbell step-ups - 3 sets, 10-12 reps
Donkey calf raises - 3 sets, 10-12 reps
Hack machine calf raises - 3 sets, 10-12 reps

Haha I'm planning on being Dan Bilzarian! I had to shave last week b/c of engagement pics, so if my beard isn't long enough by then, I'm just gonna be Hulk Hogan lol

Okay time to get srs, since my legs were destroyed from yesterday's hike, i went in and did back today. Found a new way to do barbell rows
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yT6w5sQ6WA0
i had to use way less weight because it used a lot less momentum than the pendlay row or the yates row, but i really felt it in my back.

then finished with some cable rows and machine rows.

hahaha that's awesome! And yes, I'm definitely growing the handlebars!

This is me wasted (and in the midst of my cut, so skinny as a little bitch) in Clearwater, FL in front of the Hulk Hogan store in March. That store had ANYTHING Hulk Hogan related you could ever dream of. Apparently, he lives down there :notsure: I got a yellow tank top that says 'Hulkster.'

Also the weekend I got engaged!
