I've got no idea what I'm at. Maybe 15-16%? I've got 4 visible abs. But I've gained about 15 lbs in the last 10 weeks, some of it is fat. Which will come off whenever I get around to cutting.

Ill probably do a cut at the tail end of my school, just so I can see where I'm at, before I get back to NJ. That way when I get home I can start over and have a new plan of attack. But Ill be living off of coffee and monsters though so we'll see how that works out

All depends on if your on/off base and have a rental car or not. And your job of course. I'm an aircraft maintainer, so my problem is the booze intake :anonymous:

What base you going to? And you should be fine then, I did pretty good my last trip since I had a rental, school was easy, and the guy I went with worked out too. Drank our asses off but still worked out 6 days a week!

    Do you even lift ?

I think everybody's body is different and there is no 1 answer for everyone. Like everybody else said you have to find what works for you and run with it

Yeah, a lot of my novel was from personal experience, but some was from articles. I was just reading the bb forums and getting pissed at these ding dongs thinking you've got to turn the diet portion of bodybuilding into rocket science lol.

Had an awesome upper A workout today; it was like euphoric. I dunno if it was burning off the stress from a long day at school, the MP Assault or what, but it was a good one.

    Deadlifts - 3 sets of 10, 6, 8 @ 225, 315, 275
    Incline dumbbell press - 3 sets of 10 w/ 65 lb dumbbells
    Bent-over barbell rows - 3 sets of 10, 8, 8 @ 95, 135, 115
    Incline hammer press - 3 sets of 10 w/ 65 lb dumbbells
    Concentration curls - 3 sets of 10 w/ 30 lb dumbbells
    Overhead dumbbell press - 3 sets of 10 w/ 55 lb dumbbells
    Overhead dumbbell extensions - 4 sets of 10 w/ 40, 35, 35 lb dumbbell
    Side lateral raises - 2 sets of 10 w/ 20 lb dumbbells
    Dumbbell shrugs - 2 sets of 10 w/ 125, 115 lb dumbbells

Weighed 189 today. Up 9 lbs in 4 weeks :D Glad to be bulking again #timetogetfat

    The main points:

    - macro-timing isn't that important…overall daily macros are…but it is easier FOR ME to eat 3500 calories every two hours, opposed to in 3 meals a day
macro-timing micro timing is bullshit, even daily macro is bullshit, if you weekly intake in with in range, eating more or less 1-2 day out of the week is no big deal.

    - you can certainly absorb more than 30g protein in one sitting
yeah protein intake limit is bull and has been debunked for a while now

    - your body doesn't begin going catabolic after 8 hrs of sleep
you body doesn't begin going catabolic after 48 hours of fasting, 8 hours is nothing.

    - carbs are carbs and the glycemic index is dumb………for the most part (don't forget about its effect on blood sugar/energy levels)
carbs are not just carbs, simple sugar has it's place post workout, but any processed carb should be avoided if possible

    - you don't need to eat your weight in broccoli to be healthy
if you did that'd you will have some intense intestinal distress.

    - carbs before bed doesn't matter
food right before bed is hard to digest, carb or no carb

    - casein before bed doesn't matter….I think…I still adhere to be safe on this one :anonymous:
casein is a whole buncha bullshit the industry designed.
