If you pose correctly you can get the muscles to pop more.
Don't shave, your gonna be lighter if u do.

Bring your arms out more and twist the hands like your trying to get your pinkies to face the back of you.

I'm very familiar with a couple of those. You definitely need to run what they say AND post cycle properly.

2.5" lift, ARE Shell, Ducks Unlimited Rubber Floor Mats. ROGUE badges,
I'm no longer able to do regular squats due to my shoulder injuries and back injuries from football.

But now my leg days consist of lunges, front squats, step ups, bosu ball squats, one leg squats, leg press, quad extensions, hamstring curls, Romanian dead lifts, hack squat, and tons of calves.. Haha I guess I still hit em pretty hard!!

Yep yep. That's why I said some legs.

A lot of people think you can sub dead lifts for squats and get big quads. Looks like your also "in the know" haha

Need some help from you guys on getting a HIT cardio routine set up. I lift weights 4-5 times a week. Try to run or play basketball for atleast 2 hours or so every other day. Just set a goal for myself to get down to 175/180 (currently around 189) so I've got some better things to eat and watching the serving sizes. I've read up on the HIT strategies but want to hear from you all.

What do u want to know about it? I'd recommend doing it first thing in the AM, fasted if you can. 1 min moderate, 1 min all out for 20-30 mins. Keep your body guessing. Vary the incline of the treadmill, level speeds on stair climber, etc. switch machines throughout the week as well.

I don't think AM will possible with my work schedule. I may try it one day this week but my sleep patterns here have been terrible since moving. Lunch at 12. As soon as I get off of work, I head to the gym at about 5 or 5:15 PM.
From what I have read, overtraining is a problem at some points. Paired with my lifting, how often to do the routine and when during the workout? Especially those days after legs or day of. Suggestions on machines or other exercises to use this with besides those mentioned above? We do have some of those ropes offensive linemen use for training as well.
