    Wasn't a fan of the Arnold protein. Tasted awful, was thicker, and didn't mix up quite as easily as ON. I think I actually still have like 1/4 jug of it left.

    Muscle stimulator is what I use, fawk the gym. I got the stimulator after my rotator cuff surgery. Been using it for three days now on my shoulder. Joined the gym two weeks ago and all I do is cardio and breast strokes in the pool since that's all I can do because of my shoulder.

    pro tip of the day: remember to wear your lifting belt.....when you do shoulders.....with 15lbs.

    haha. There's 2 guys that come in here and wear one no matter what day it is...ironically, I've never seen either of them do leg day lol.

    of all the morning regulars in my gym, maybe 5 of us do legs once a week.....one weirdo dude does 85lb DEEP squats, 4 days a week

    There is science behind using a lifting belt at all times... Anytime you pick up a weight it forces you to squeeze your core together so you don't crumple over and die. By doing this you are slightly enlarging your core... because you are working it out, technically. If a belt is on you, it doesn't allow your core to flex and it helps keep that tiny waist with big lats look. I was told this by a few body builders so don't flame me haha. But, it's what they do and it's worked for them? :notsure:

    Yep that'll happen. I'm an aircraft mechanic so i spent all day everyday out in that shit. I also remember the inside of my car being an inferno. Steering wheel so hot you literally couldnt hold it. That food tho, nomnomnom.
