Cutting, mine is around 60g and I was good. Bulking, I bumped it up to 80 and felt perfect, but going up to 100g scared me haha. I'm sure it would've been fine, but I feel better mentally around 80

Today is my first day since cutting back on the tuna fish. Oh, how I've missed it! Nothing like a whole can of tuna mixed with some Texas Pete!

Finally got in my 1st workout of the week in today. I'm taking the LSAT next Saturday, had engagement pics yesterday, and am in my final semester of school, so this week and next week are gonna blow. I'm so ready to get this freakin LSAT out of the way.

Maxed on flat bench today at 295. I went for 300 and gave out about halfway up #disappointed...I'll get it next week

    flat bench: 135x10 warmup, 225x5, max: 295, 185x10, 135x10
    incline bench: 3 sets of 15 @ 135
    v-grip rows: 3 sets of 10 @ 200
    straight bar pull-downs: 3 sets of 10 @ 180
    dumbbell shoulder press: 3 sets of 10, 8, 8 w/ 60 lb dumbbells
incline reverse flys: 3 sets of 10 w/ 20 lb dumbbells
concentration curls: 3 sets of 10 w/ 25 lb dumbbells (1 sec pause @ top and bottom)
weighted dips: 3 sets of 10 w/ 45 lb weight

Sounds like my incline numbers. My incline is soooo weak. Been tryin to really hit it hard here lately. Did 3x10 at 175 the other day and was struggling on that last set.

    I need moar incline gainz.

If possible, try making the angle slightly smaller. The Incline press angle is supposed to be anywhere from 30-45 degrees and since every person is a slightly different body style, their optimal angle for strength and muscle activation is slightly different. Mine is about 40 degrees and I'm 5'11 FWIW. The problem is most gyms have static 45 degree benches.. which the higher the angle, the more you're hitting shoulders and arms

I used the IIFYM calculator to land at my numbers if that helps anything. Right now it's maintenance numbers. Fats probably won't change much once I begin bulking though I don't think.

I usually do more on incline, but I was spent from maxing out on bench. My incline #'s aren't that impressive, anyway. I've been incorporating a lot of incline stuff lately, though: flys, dumbbell press, barbell press. I can usually rep out 225 a few times, but not today :anonymous:

Love IIFYM. And you're right: fat and protein hardly changes at all; it's mostly about manipulation of carbs. However, I like to get more protein than they recommend, so my carbs will be slightly below their recommendation.

Jeez. I just ditched the belt last 2 weeks ago...I'm not ready to give up my lifting straps yet :anonymous:

    150-200. Rough estimate

Kodiak, I could never go no chalk. I sweat too much. I'll warm up with no chalk up to 315. Then chalk is mandatory.

    You do keto, right?

Same here on the chalk. I sweat like a whore in church. I had to use chalk on bench b/c my hands were sliding outward down the bar. You should see my pit stains on a hot day
