Na. I drank it kinda slow though. I usually mix my pre-workout in like 4 oz of water and just chug it, but with that strong-ass NO Explode, I just mixed it in 16 oz water and sipped it through the first 10 mins of my workout. To be fair, I'm usually bloated all the time from eating all the damn time lol.

I never get the shits from pre-workouts....To be fair again, though, I eat eggs and other shit-inducing food all day, so I think my digestive system is tough as nails lol

I get a bunch of shit for it at the gym i work for but it makes u look more cut so why not? my bosses husband just sent me this lol also finaly did max back squat today when i max i almost always do a 3 rep unless its an oly lift. Got 355 for 3 (bottomed out non of that parallel nonsens )

So when I can then I'll come back and make fun of you for tanning

 

To each their own. I dont tan but I make sure and remove my shirt anytime im outside in the summer to get darker. haha

 

I have a friend I follow on IG that does Crossfit and she's posted 2 videos in the past few weeks of her "crew" at their "box" practicing their awesome progression doing walking handstands. Just when I think it can't get any worse…….I'll never understand

The parts of constantly exposed get quite dark.... But yea, when I was in AK, I tanned a lot.

 

But we get so many clear days why not just go out during the 20hrs of daylight lol

 

Because its only 65 degrees or less max where I was.

 

been living my life like a junkie, this jetlag + cold sure didn't help. gonna start back up next week with the proper lifting and diets, how's everyone else doing in here?

 

There was lots of sarcasm there lol. With all the "daylight" we get there's very few actually sunny clear days. 7 more months......

Diet has been AWFUL. Wasn't planning on a clean bulk...but didn't plan on eating like this either.

 

i feel you, it's depressing to feel small when cutting, but it's even more depressing when you bulk and all you see is fluff. i know those feel all too well.
