    trudat. I took judo as a young kid, and in almost any sport I have advantages over a lot of others from understanding leverage, balance, etc.

    I go at 5:30am and i think there is 2 other guys under the age of 30 that go lol im the youngest at 22

    true, when I played rugby, I was one of the best tacklers, I played fullback in a mens league at 185 lbs....

    Our gym's busy times are 6:00-10:00 am and 4:00-7:00 pm. I workout around 1....but I'm also at the gym 12 hrs a day, 3 days a week, so I can workout whenever the hell I want to :D

    well they should switch to plyometrics... I prefer that over lifting anyday. the reason is im bad at lifting, and only care to not be fat or injured. it works for what I want. crossfit is high reps poor form for people wanting to lose weight. its counterproductive....

    typical crossfit doesn't emphasize good form.... instead its all about reps, and as far as weight lifting, its good and all, but I suck ass lol.....
