    This is like me saying the typical wrestler likes groping dudes, getting ring worm, taking thumbs up the butt. Who says u can't do reps with good form? I can bust out 30 clean and jerks at 135lbs (grace) in under 2 minutes and the first one looks as good as the 30th. Sure some people do have terrible form and just care about a score, but that goes for anything just don't let ur ego be bigger than how strong u are.

    Correction, you think it's as good as the first one. Common sense should be enough to figure out that is not true. If that's not enough, then you can go to the multiple studies done on olympic lifts performed in a CF/HIIT/Circuit styled workout. Where they hook athletes up to 100s of sensors, then have them do C&Js or snatches, and watch the degradation throughout the reps.

    Most recent one I read was C&J @135. Had the people do 10 reps with 3-5 minutes between sets, and a total of 5 sets (I believe). Even at that low of intensity, they still showed breakdown. Test group consisted of CF'ers, BB'ers, and powerlifters.

    Lol why do u have such a boner for wrestlers bro, your a "JV assistant coach" not some hotshot wrestler? put me up against a wrestler at any comp other than wrestling and ill beat them. Gymnastics, weightlifting, running, biking, swimming, you pick! Let me know if anyone on your team can run a 5:15 mile and snatch 225 pounds....id say a boxxer is in way better shape than a wrestler even

    Not hating but can i see some of these "various studies" id be interested in reading them. But ur right i exagerated slightly form wont be perfect after lots of reps, but it shouldnt be any where near bad. Like u said they used sensors to watch them so thoes will pickup even the slightest mistakes

    Oh yeah, Zyzz was a douche, for sure. I just reference him because he's so "bro-ey." My real influences are Steve Cook, CT, Kai, and of course Arnold. I don't strive to look like a pro bodybuilder or anything, but I want as much mass as possible without getting fat and without looking like I'm on $3000 worth of juice. Looks over everythaaang! I don't give two shits about running fast, walking handstands, wrestling, or anything. As long as I can lift heavy and have sexy muscles, I'm happy #shallow
