What would be amazing if they could manage to hold their position against the walls while wipping.

Love the DOMs you get after a high-rep back workout

    DL
    225x10
    275x8
    305x10
    305x10
    315x8

One Arm Bent over DB Rows
    3X20X105

    SHRUGS-3X10X225

OH Squat - 3x10x145 ... still suck at it but getting better. My snatch # has hit a plateau so I'm trying to work on my flexibility and balance on the OH squat portion

    agreed

    agreed

I can understand if you're maxing out, but there's no need to sound like a horny bull when you're repping out 225 on the bench press

We've got a guy that comes in here who we call 'Half Rep;' if the name didn't give it away, he does everything half-repped. But he also grunts and screams on EVERYTHING he does. It doesn't matter if he's curling 15 lb dumbbells, benching 135, or doing bodyweight dips, you're going to know about it. It gets on my fucking nerves.

Overheads are tough, I'm having a lot of trouble with them right now due to a recovering knee injury. Feeling better though.
I did deads today as well.
Worked slowly up to 355 with 5 or more reps and Knee feels good
Weak on the squats still though.
Does everyone go parallel or past?
