    Got to hear an interesting story about crossfit tonight at the gym. Guy was in there working out with the normal folk and started talkin about how he tried crossfit for 3 days. After those 3 days he was in the hospital for 6 days with Rhabdo. Said he noticed his bicep was extremely swollen and went to piss and it was jsut a foamy, coffee lookin color. Sat in the hospital with an IV hooked up cleaning him out. Accoridng to the doctor, if he had waited another day he would have been on diaysis. And he did all this just because his fiance's dad was the "instructor". So we sat out there and bashed crossfit together. We bonded. It was a fun time.

    Two weeks ago I saw a new ortho about an old injury and he immediately asked if I am a cross fitter. I said nope, his response was good. Then he tells me that he has performed over 50 surgeries this year on injured cross fitters. He listed several of the popular exercises of cross fit and explained the injuries he has been treating from them. I think I will take the advice of an orthopedic surgeon and never do cross fit.
