    Of the day. Bread contains yeast which you're liver cannot digest so it may be stored as fat. If I can find it I'm going to try some sf Gatorade and match the macros

    3 sets of skull crushers
    3 sets of hammer curls
    3 sets of donkey kicks (triceps)
    3 sets of regular curls
    3 sets of tricep presses w/ flat bar (go super heavy)
    3 sets of preacher curls followed by 1 set of 21's with high weight
    1 set of curl ups

    WITH THIS WORKOUT MY ARMS HAVE GROWN AN INCH IN 3 WORKOUTS.

    START WITH LIGHT WEIGHT AND DO 20 REPS OF EACH SET/ moderate weight 15 reps/ then high weight 4-10 reps

    and i am not using prohormones :)

    I hate you...i did obliques for the first time yesterday with chest, and did abs and back today, in addition i dropped the weight down and am doing more reps same amount of sets (5x10) without resting, everytime i stop an excercise i either immediately move to another one or run around the building/walk around the builing with a highrise pack

    today i feel like i got nailed by a freaking bus, thanks asshole:D:p
