    Got 2 hours of sleep last night. Worked 8 hours today and have eaten nothing but 2 ham and cheese sandwiches and a piece of cake. Had to force myself to eat all that. From the looks of it, things might be goin the wrong way with the GF of 9 years. Losin that is hard on a brother. Still made myself come to the gym tonight. Worked out some frustration. I have no energy but I felt like I could lift the gym tonight.
