But over time, the daily grind gets in the way and you miss the things that really matter, even though they are right in front of you, staring you in the face.     I only let my form get iffy on the last set. If it's not the last set and I can't maintain good form then i'll lower the weight until I'm good. no ego lifts :cool:

    I work until i start to grind, probably around RPE9 range and just stop and do my back off set, no reason to push for that 1 rep when you can crank out another set and probably make more gainz.
