    Yea def... It's usually bad form when I am doing 2 rep (last rep is meh sometimes) and generally them high rep high volume last 1 or 2 get out of line... Nothing more though, don't need to visit snap city :eek:

    I'll contribute my routine which contributed to a lot of progress for me and others
    Pick a weight you can only do 10x in a single set for whatever excercise (we'll use bench as an example)

    Do 10, (pause 15-30 sec), do as many reps as can, rest 15-30 sec, do as many as you can, rest 15-30 seconds until you've completed 50.
    Should look like this

    225 lbs x10,4,3,2,2,2,2,2,2,1,1,1,1,1,1
    If you get more than 6-7 on your second set your resting too long, always perfect form and use a lighter weight until form is achieved, and I always eat a bowl of rice or similar to replenish afterwards as this routine will wear you out if you don't eat right and get proper sleep.

    Weekly schedule is
    D1 Monday- bench, incline bench, tri pull downs, overhead tri extensions,
    D2 Tuesday-roman deadlift,pull ups, curl ups, reverse flys, seated rows,
    D3 Wednesday- squats, leg ext, leg curl, calf raises
    D1 Thursday- (repeat Monday's routine)
    D2 Friday- (repeat Tuesday's routine)
    D3 Saturday- (repeat Wednesday's routine)

    I hope I wasn't being referred to as the noob or troll for having fun amidst fellow lifters, the reason I haven't posted to this thread is because it's taken way too serious, and I see a lot of bro science and harmful techniques used, there's a whole more to gaining results but that is a moderate/advanced routine that can be adapted for most people.
