    Iv come to the relization we cant use all thses "Can you" comparisons beetween bodybuilders and xfiters. because if someone cant do something is probably because they dont want to. like zach always says his goal is to be big, why does he need to run for 30minutes. Just because i cant sew doesnt mean i need to know how to, i have no desire too...thats a womens job. Just like i have no desire to look like jay cutler and i enjoy cardio so i do it. If it hinders your goals "gains" in most the cases on here then dont do it...its like asking a football player to shoot 3 pointers on the bball court hes a football player not kobe bryant.

    School gym does these competitions. Last month was body weight bench press for max reps. This month it is 225 back squat, max reps. Looked at the board, 63 reps is the leader. I know the guy, and asked him Dafuk? Said he's going to try again for more. I threw away my gym card.

    63 straight. You're allowed to stop movement and catch breath, adjust feet, etc... No racking weight or anything else. Pretty much like if you were doing a normal set of squats. Didn't do it on half-rep Monday either.
