Did the glazed donut help her? Presuming her conditioning was spot on, it should have helped with the vascularity.

    Good luck to her!

Would try...But would get called a pussy and voided since I use a pad on the bar due to a bad sternum injury I got once upon a time.

Speaking of vascularity. I heard people at work talk about how drinking one coke a day helps with becoming more vascular. True or just bs?

Maybe for a few mins....due to the sugars...it really depends on bf% and water intake.
When I train i look like a road map...serious ..not the lowest bf% but my arms just seem to respond quickly to pumps

that's tough man, try arch your back more and and push your chest out, and land the bar at your upper abs area, i know a lot of elite IPF lifters do it, but they are benching 500+ you might get some weird looks with 225 lol

She took first in the masters physique and first in the open physique in her height class! It was pretty stiff competition. She said, "tell that guy on Tacoma World I loved the glazed donut suggestion." She was ripped and vascular. Her carbo loading scheme worked great too, she said it felt like her muscles wanted to burst out of her skin from being so full. Next year will be national shows.

    Time for more gains!

I drink a a Coke a day and hardly have any vascularity. Even when my bodyfat is low, I'm not that vascular. Shitty genes, I guess

Same here. Even when I was at my biggest 220lbs and benching 340 I still didn't have much vascularity. No matter what I try I never get that vein on my biceps.

It starts right at the bottom of both bi's but then nothing as it goes up. I can feel it with my hand but just isn't too noticeable. Although it doesn't help that I have a full sleeve on my right arm and half sleeve on my left, lol. Plus this has only been my first week back in the gym since August due to my surgery. I still have a lot of physical therapy to do but it just feels good to back in there lifting. Even if it is extremely light weight, lol. My db shoulder press is 35lbs and even that is a bit of a struggle on my shoulder. Can't position my should back enough to do traditional squats so I do front squats instead. Slow and steady though, I don't want to be back in the beginning with a detached tendon again.

Yeah, I've already accepted the fact that I'm just never gonna be vascular. When my bodyfat is around 10%, I'll get veins in my forearms and shoulders when I'm working out, but as soon as I'm done lifting, they go back into hiding. I also know water retention plays a big role, but I'm not willing to dehydrate myself just to look like a road map. Supposedly NO2 supps help with it, but I really don't care enough to actually go buy a supp for it. As long as I can lift heavy and look big, I'm happy
