    tuna, if you have to eat bread, eat wheat. its better for you. if you have a fridge get some baked chicken breast's and the stuff for salads. fruits, stuff like that. Mcdonalds has some good salads actually, thats all i get if i ever go to mcdonalds.

    Whats up fellas? Had a couple questions.
    As you all can see i am soon to turn 40 and dont want to get old and over weight. I would like to basically tone and tighten but not get huge and all.
    My question is what would someone my size do to achieve that goal? what would i do for workout and what kinda foods should i be eating? Basically im asking if one of you could write me up a bitchen workout and a basic diet to follow?

    my stats:

    6' 2" Tall
    210 lbs.
    Medium build
    Basically not to much muscle showing.
    A stomach that when i sit hangs over my pants a little:( and i would like to eliminate it.

    if one of you could help me out i would totally appreciate it as i want to go into my 40's healthier and more fit.:D

    Potatos, (just boil a batch) chicken can also be boiled in a batch, protein shake, rice cakes, natural pb, eggs can also be boiled, almonds, etc

    ive never read the carb and fat content of the salads. i usually get the plain salad with the chicken. I work out of town, so its hard to eat right all the time. i make the best i can out of it, since i stay in a hotel room all week.

    i try to usually, i bring stuff from home, but it gets aggravating sometimes, having to carry it home if i dont eat it all, it stays in the truck all day until i get off work. so it usually gets ruined

    yea, i do. if i eat anything like mcdonalds or anything i run a extra couple of miles in the evenin.

    im not in bad shape, 5'10" 170 pounds. not sure what my body fat percent is, but its not much. the main problem im having right now, i skipped the gym a for a month because i was working 115 hours a week. and its made me lazy lol. i just gotta get off my ass and do it.

    How do i know how to estimate my BF%?? and i currently have no exercise regimen. As for diet i really dont follow one other than we dont buy sodas and we dont eat ground beef. we eat chicken, fish, ground turkey and occasionally pork. we dont eat treats like cookies and junk all we buy for snacks is granola bars and oat bars, but i love my Breakfast with egs, bacon and potatos which i no probably isnt good for me.
