On a positive note, there's a girl I haven't talked to in years that wanted to hang out last week. So we did. One of the first things she said was "yea, you've gotten bigger!" And now she's wantin to go to the gym with me. So there's that.

Serious question here... What would you call this? Nutritional guide, plan, meal, recommendation?

First of all it's a legal matter since my gf was provided a nutritional plan by the trainer and under the contract it states TWICE that no trainer or employee of anytime fitness CAN or WILL provide any nutritional plan to the trainee. The owner of the club will not void the contract due to his own douche baggery. He simply will not cooperate with us at all and has forced us to get a lawyer.

He also fired her trainer and this is why we are trying to get out of the contract. He provided us with a person way inexperienced (just out of college) and he's not experienced in her torn rotator cuff... he's basically telling us to go fuck ourselves and we have to continue to pay out the 8 month contract of over $1000...

Aaaahhhh yes...the woman that will listen to anyone else but you. That's how my ex was. Completely understand where you're coming from. I could tell her something and she would think it was the dumbest thing ever. Someone else would say the same thing the next day and it was the greatest idea in the world!

I think you'll have a hard time proving that's a nutritional plan. At most I'd call that a daily meal example.
Even then there are no names or info indicating it's being suggested to someone. The trainer who wrote it probably knows he can't give out nutritional plans, so he left out any incriminating info.

If she has an injury, usually you can get out of gym contracts due to the fact that you can't use the gym due to the injury. Read the contract and see what it says about that.

The trainer did know he couldn't give out any plans. He only wrote one and one only, for my GF. My gf almost passed out during training one day due to her shitty diet... he was pissed and wrote her a guide to follow so it would not happen again. He didn't write it as an example at all, he fully meant for her to follow it and she has been following it.

She still wants to go to the gym and if we use the injury to get out of it then we cannot use the gym anymore

From a legal standing, I'd just look for anything that could be considered a breach of contract on their part; it could potentially be broken equipment or maybe even them firing her trainer could fall under it, most likely if she specifically signed up to train with them. It all comes down to what's in the actual contract. Unfortunately, it may take a lawyer to decipher it and find a loophole, though.
