Thanks to the recent polar vortex I've had to hang the board up for at least the next couple of weeks. Been having some knee pain and I've been looking into some off-season strengthening exercises. Any tips/suggestions?

"Polar vortex". I remember when it got cold it was called a "cold front".

Leg day. I could just skip...

I tried a program that was designed to release free test using lifting techniques, as the legs are the largest muscle group, it consisted of working legs before each lifting day, 3x10 squats....I got fucked up doing that.

On the side note, it's finally cold enough here to wear a sweatshirt to the gym, now i don't have to give a fuck what shirt to wear in the gym. time for my ugly shirts to fulfill their purpose.

Amateur.....lol. And I know what you mean with the sweats. I tried it last week and half way through my fist set I was sweating bad and now it's back in the 80's. I'm very hot natured though so even when it's 30 degrees out I'm still sweating my ass off by time I finish my first couple of sets

Yes... When a person at the end of the dead lift rep (puts the weight on the floor) extends there legs and lifting their butt... Then then lower their butt to start a new rep...
