    Yep. It's usually in the upper 30's or lower 40's when I go to the gym in the mornings. But then it gets up to almost mid 70's during the day. I wear a hoodie to the gym and after one set I'm already dripping with sweat then too hot to put it back on when I leave.

    Goin for a slight jog, or it might be a Yog...I believe it's a soft J...in the morning with a lady friend if it's not raining. Supposed to be like 48 degrees. It's been a REALLY long time since I've done any actual running. This could get embarrassing. Haha.

    well went to the gym but my buddy had to leave early. He was my ride and he said he would come get me when I finished. I checked the weather and it was 25 degrees and some wind. I said screw it and ran home in a shirt and shorts :p. One person yelled out their window to call me crazy and another stopped to see if I needed a ride haha

    the guy I used to lift with that broke the state record with a 622.5 pull just broke that with 644.85 at the WABDL
