    Fortunately only gained 2 pounds.

    Thursday, ate decent but OMG my nephew's girlfriend brought over cake balls and brownies..that was the kiss of death.

    Friday, burger and fries at Uno's and 2 cans of soda at the Slayer concert.

    Saturday, one pound burger at Fuddruckers..yikes!

    Damn. I only gained 4 :D I also haven't been in the gym since Wednesday and only worked out twice last week. I've definitely got to get back serious this week. I haven't been hitting my macros or doing anything productive since Thanksgiving. I feel like I've lost 5 lbs of muscle. Worst. feeling. ever.

    50% off inov8 shoes at extreme outfitters for cyber monday. Probably my favorite brand of shoes. I wear their hiking boot on the daily and might order another pair just because its a steal.

    cable flys: 10 sets of 10 @ 50 lbs
    v-grip rows: 10 sets of 10 @ 135
    incline dumbbell bench press: 3 sets of 10 w/ 60 lb dumbbells
    wide-grip lat-pulldown: 3 sets of 10 @ 165 lbs

    I did backnbis today. Then I did somethin really weird...I got on the treadmill. :eek:

    I just walked though. 3 mph at a 3 incline for a mile.

    dude, I did something similar. I got on the stationary bike and went a mile in 6 minutes, so technically, I did a 6 minute mile. I'm seriously gonna try to do a LISS or a HIIT after every workout. LISS is just too fucking boring, so I'll probably do 2 HITT's and on the other 2 days, just run a mile. With all the saltly, pre-packaged shit I eat, I gotta start doing some cardio so my heart doesn't explode.

    Today during a circuit workout (3machines next to one another) all the scrubs that sat and watched me decided they had to use the machines I was using, this fucking up my circuit. Damn people watched me for 10 mins before soon this. Damn planet fitness lol....

    Used everyone of the 3 within a minute and a half.... Also machines were open. Like I said I was doin a circuit.... And they watched before using the EXACT ones I used....
