    I wish I enjoyed the taste of venison. The last I had was New Zealand red deer, it was alright. My folks have a 100 acres in northern california and it is always loaded with deer.

    Just got it back from the processor today. That's from the 8 point. Got a ton of sausage, got the tenderloin sliced, one ham sliced to jerky it, and cubed steak. Probably gonna cook up some more tenderloin this evenin. Just throw it on some hamburger buns and eat it as a burger.

    Most people can't tell that it's deer meat usually until I say something. We'll take it and put it in spaghetti or chili or something. Everyone will say "Man, this is REALLY good!" then you tell em it's deer meat and suddenly their attitude changes :rolleyes:

    Or wrap it in bacon like I did the other day. It was amazing.

    I started going to the gym regularly again. I held around 195 through my lazy life and I am gaining it back fast. Gotta love muscle memory.

    Last year, my peak was 200 and I leaned out at around 180, so hopefully after my cut, I'll be a lean 190. Couple more years and I'll be 220 and -7% bf :rolleyes:
