I went the GNC on base thinking it would be a little different but it isn't. I try to avoid that place as much as possible but didn't really have a choice.

There's one about half away but it's in a pretty bad part of town and I'm white so I tend to avoid it.

In other news, it's rest day :( But tomorrow is "whatever the fuck I want" day! Haven't hit abs in a while so I might do that and maybe the stairclimber

Just killed legs, abs, and calves.

    Straight-leg deadlfits: 135x10, 225x10, 225x10, 225x10, 185x10
leg extensions: 4 sets of 10 @ 45 lbs per leg
lunges: 3 sets of 15 w/ 95 lb on barbell
lying leg curls: 4 sets of 10 @ 35 lbs per leg
    calves & abs

I ventured off from my typical Young Jeezy Pandora station and put it on The Devil Wears Prada radio and I was fucking pumped! I haven't listened to that kinda shit in 4-5 years, but that's definitely my new gym jams.

Convenience, plus a friend of mine goes there. I did buy the membership but I'll poke around on the VS site and see how that goes.

I have a GNC 5 minutes away..working 2 jobs keeps me pretty busy and it's not like I really go near the VS location you mentioned in my normal routine.

I highly recommend Slayer..been on a big Slayer kick lately, in part because I just saw them for the 16th time.

Yay for new gymy-jams! That's all I listen to in the gym, and every day. I'm a huge metal head.

I usually listen to Black Flag or Bad Brains in the gym.

I've been listening to all types of metal since about '92 and that's still all I really listen to except for Misfits, always been a huge misfits fan. The Danzig era was great and the post Danzig era is ok. Although, Danzig has been getting pretty damn crazy over the years

Yup, found the Damaged LP when I was about 10. Huge fan of Dead Kennedys as well.

Danzig..nuff said. A god amongst mere mortals.

You probably have, but just in case you should check out Gorgeous Frankenstein/Doyle.

I'm definitely more ham dominant. My hams are strong as fuq. My quads, not so much. My squat numbers are going up and they're growing now though. I've always done legs every week, but I didn't really care about getting my legs big until a few months ago. I reeeeally want tree trunks

I picked up the Gorgeous Frankenstein album right around when it first came out. I like it but not a fan of the electric drums
