For one, I got to see Metallica before they totally went to shit and with only Cliff missing due to his death

Even at that you're not doing bad. My diet in my 20's was usually one meal, around 9-10pm. A bar pizza, an app, and 20 pints of Budweiser. See now why I am so strict today?

Ordered that shirt today, can't wait for it to come in! Say's it's suppose to add easily 8lbs of gainz!

On another note, it's almost time for my 3rd meal. Brown rice, broccoli, and a pork chop. I seasoned the pork chop with 1/2 a tsp of liquid smoke and a dash of maple bacon seasoning. Hope it's good.

And on another, another note, I'm flying home for the holidays next Friday (1st xmas home in 8 years) and I don't want to lose track of whatever progress I might be making so I plan to hit the planet fitness or anytime fitness or whatever they have. My question, has anyone flown with powder supplements? Would like to bring some protein and preworkout. Was thinking about bringing the exact amount I'd need and double ziplock bag each. Tips?

I eat a lot of pre-packaged shit, but I try to keep my sodium down. I've always had pretty low bp when I watch my sodium intake, so I'm gonna keep on IIFYM'ing until I start noticing anything negative going on!
I'm pretty sure you're supposed to duct tape it to your stomach under your shirt so that it doesn't take up any space

Come to think of it, there are a lot of pre-workout whose names would be great to yell on a plane....

    "Sir, what's in that bottle?"

    "NO-XPLODE!"

I was around 200 on that diet, in spite of myself because I worked 2 physical jobs. Once I got the desk job I have now I got up to nearly 300..and either way there was no muscle to me. Stupid to do at 25 and even moreso now..I don't want to have to do this to manage a condition. Especially if I became diabetic, I hate needles so there's no fuckin way I'd be sticking myself every day.

Fuck my lifting buddy is in full blow cutting mode, motherfucker dragged me into doing 30 mins of cardio today after 2 hours of squatting.

Also thinking about starting up EC stack again, it's winter time the constant high body temp isnt really an concern anymore

Hahaha. I hate you. 300 lb BENCH club. Fucker. Lol.

Been workin towards this for like 6 months now. I threw it up extremely easily. My spotter goes "I thought you were gonna try for 2..."

305 buried me. It felt wrong coming down. Oh well. I just wanted 300. Now time for 315...
