I wear pants cause it's cold in the mornings when I go but then I start sweating 10 minutes into lifting, lol. But I never wear pants on leg day

I wear pants and either a hoodie (with the hood up) or a long sleeve sweatshirt and a beanie 100% of the time I'm in the gym.

Training hot increases your body's maximum volumetric oxygen uptake.

Tomorrow is leg day for me. I can already tell the sun will be at the wrong angle for me to go to the gym. I'm gonna have to wait. Everything has to be perfect.

I don't see how. It's in the upper 40's/lower 50's here and I'm still in a tee shirt and sweating, lol. Plus it's hot as shit here 10 months out of the year

Don't complain I'd love that shit..freezing my wang off in MA for 4-5 months of 12 sucks.

Shorts and sneakers is it, but I'm in my house which that room is either hot as shit in summer or just gets blazing hot when the heat kicks on, since the vent blows right at my bench and treadmill

You guys. Something amazing happened. I just posted this on Facebook a few minutes ago, but I knew you guys could REALLY appreciate the miracle that just happened.

    Are you ready for it?

I opened a new tub of protein. Brand new. Just took the seal off.

THE SCOOP WAS SITTING ON THE VERY TOP. NOT BURIED IN THE PROTEIN AT ALL.

I want to get back into shape as my New Year's Resolution. Around this time last year, my power lifting total was close to 1000 at 6'1" 185 lbs. I currently weight 183 lbs, and I can't even do 10 sit ups, so I have a long way to go.

A get motivator to get back in the gym: NEW SHOES Inov8 F lite 240

I picked up a new pair at Sport's Chalet for $45. IMO, best all around gym shoe I've owned. Thin sole around the ball so I can still feel in contact with the ground. Padded heal just enough so that I can run with a heal strike style. Minimal drop so I feel planted when lifting. I really do prefer these over my Vibram 5 fingers, New Balance Minimus, or Merrel Barefoot.
