Have a buddy that uses them. I don't work out with him but he's an animal.
I e never personally used them. He loves them and anytime I see him doing squats and bench he's using them. Crazy strong...

Chains are great for overloading, really can't use them in squats unless its a really really long chain.

I'm short. Lol. The ones I'm looking at are like 5 ft long. I'm only 5'8. So they should be JUST off the ground when I'm standing up.

usually they have a ring on them so you can put them on the ends of the barbell like a normal weight

depending on the weight/length of the chain, it'll be lighter on the ground and increase in weight throughout the pull, as you pick up more links

my gym has 6ft chains for squats and 3-4 foot chains for DLs
    theyre awesome

    but loud as fuck. lol

whhhhat?! Even orals? I'm about to go look this up :pout:

EDIT: Damn, you're right. At least we've got until Jan 3 to buy up everything we can find lol

    Here's the bill

In layman's terms, they've pretty much banned all the precursors to what are anabolic steroids (orals). Kona can probably describe how all that science shit works, but, from what I've read, your body converts the formula in the pill into anabolic steroids. The formulas in the pills were a loophole because, since they haven't yet been converted to steroids by the body, they weren't illegal. I only know how to read the bills, not all the chemistry crap lol

This all goes into effect if our Imperial Leader signs it, which I'm sure he will...oh well, I've got a bottle of Stenadrol for sale for $400 if anyone wants it :D

What is stenadrol? I never looked into prohormones or anything cause technically I can't take them since they're on the banned supplement list for military.

You'd be better off taking real steroids than any of the oral shit anyway. That is, if you were willing to live with the long term effects that go along them (AAS or PH).

It's an oral pro-hormone. I've taken it once. I gained 25 lbs, but my blood pressure was through the roof. Not worth it. I don't care about taking orals ever again, so them being banned doesn't effect me lol.

I just called our supp distributor and they've already pulled everything of the shelves :pout:

Exactly. Although, if proper PCT is done and you don't stack all kinds of ridiculous crap and you don't abuse what you use, you'll be fine in the long run. There's nothing dangerous about a simple test cycle, provided you take all the correct ancillaries and PCT and you don't abuse it by not coming off or by doing too much.

    Pics??? What's a Silas?

I had 2 friends years ago who were doing a test cycle but never lifted, they basically just got fat cause they kept eating fast food and drinking ever day. They didn't really ever lift to begin with as well. Also, there was a guy I worked with about 4 years ago who was on test and stayed on it. He ended up getting arrested by the sp's for supplying and distributing steroids to other service members in our shop. He went to jail for 90 days and got a dishonorable discharge. Back in 2012 I went to a Toyota dealership to look at Tacoma's and he was working there. He looked tiny as fuck and probably weighed about 140lbs compared to his 230lbs when on that stuff.

haha those are the idiots I referred to. Test raises blood pressure, so you have to eat really clean on it or your bp is gonna skyrocket, so fast food is a bad idea. Also, taking test without lifting is just plain dumb. If muscle breakdown doesn't occur, muscle growth won't occur because muscle growth comes from broken down muscle fibers healing themselves. I know some people that do it right and keep all their gains and remain healthy because they eat right, do a proper PCT, and continue to eat right and lift after the cycle is over. Where most people screw up is by not eating enough on cycle or discontinuing eating a lot after cycle. It takes like 2-3 months to get your hormone levels back right, so to stop eating at a huge surplus will result in a loss of gains. After hormone levels get back right, one can maintain or cut.

Got to be the biggest waste of time and money I heard in a while.

Granted i didn't care about fitness then, but at age 25 I stayed around 200 even though I ate bar food and drank every day..only cause I worked 2 physical jobs. That said I certainly wasn't taking supplements or doing any kind of exercise willingly..

Well, after 7-8 weeks of GVT, I've returned to my favorite, the upper/lower split. Lower A today:

front squats: 2 sets of 10 @ 135 (I was extremely saddened by how horrible I am at these)
lying leg curls: 2 sets of 12 @ 35 lbs per leg
    hack squats: 2 sets of 20 @ 135
seated leg curls: 2 sets of 10 @ 120 lbs
    leg extensions: 2 sets of 12 @ 140 lbs
seated calve raises: 2 sets of 12 @ 100 lbs
standing calve raises: 2 sets of 15 @ 180 lbs

I actually did some cardio today, too! 3.5 miles on the bike and half a mile on the treadmill. I stopped early b/c legs were fucking shot. Def not gonna do cardio post leg day again
