    I do 6 miles or 30 minutes (whichever comes first) on the stationary bike every time after leg day.

    Mostly just to prove to myself that I can force my body to do it.

    How strict are you on rest intervals? Last week was my first week doing BB stuff in like 2 years and im being super strict on no longer than 60sec rest during my hypertrophy stuff (10-12) reps and it fucking hurts ha when i used to train like this i just went whenever no timed rests and just took turns with whoever i was training with.

    Also dropping all cardio for the next 12 weeks....

    haha i just wana get too 200 pounds! and then go back to crossfit and oly lifting. i dont care if i get much stronger doing the BB stuff i just want to be bigger lol

    plus it works out nicely because I'm busy as shit right now because the other trainer at the gym is having a baby and i can get a BB workout done in an hour when oly training took almost 3 hours a day.

    on another note how often do you guys personaly switch your workouts? I'm gona try and run the same lifts for 10 weeks. 2 weeks at each rep range 12-10-8-6-4 then run another 8 week cycle of something else if needed

    3 month very heavy weight - low reps 3 sets 6 reps, 3 month heavy weight 3 sets 10 reps,3 month light weight 3 sets 20 reps

    3 month is kinda long if you go 5 times a week but I can't only squeeze ~3 times a week in right now

    I tried jumping on the bike, but it was killing my calves b/c I burnt them out like 2 mins before...I'll prob start jogging a mile before leg day



    I do a minute and thirty seconds between sets to make sure my heart rate doesn't get too high and to make sure my muscles are recovered enough.

    There was once a time when I posted tasteful pics of girls in sports bras and yoga pants like the one Supra posted, but some dick head always comes in a ruins it with one that violates the CoC.

    the perks of traditional weight-training are that you get bigger AND stronger

    I switch them up every 8-12 weeks. I got burnt out on GVT, so I went back to upper/lower splits. Something just feels right about me hitting each muscle twice a week

    That's why I switched from GVT....3 days a week didn't feel right. I like 4. I'm not dedicated enough to do 5
