No no, the one I have at school has 2 employees. An old retired lady that has no idea what she is doing she's just a cashier. And a fat chick that tries to tell me "This is what I take before I go to the gym"

Lol. We have a lot of retired people around here and that's mainly who was there today. Makes it easy because usually the weights I use aren't being used by them

I could see if you had some stuff like Derek in American History X maybe but goodness..I wish I still had my hair, I'd walk in there wih my long hair, ripped Slayer shirt, ripped jeans and wired off my ass.

I'm on 55 for bench right now. Like I said, I'm the pussy and I know it.

Hell he can pray all he wants but the second he asks me to I'll tell him only if we can pray to my god..Satan :)

I've been to a Moose lodge before and sometimes at a certain time of night (9 I think) they have a quick thing that lasts 1-2 minutes..not religious per se. It was odd interrupting my dart match for it but when in Rome..turns out it is for children who the lodge helps.

I'll walk in wearing my Dead Kennedys "Too Drunk to Fk" and yell at myself with some of my self-invented curse words and combinations. That gets some looks even around a bunch of drunks..

I went heavier on deads than I have in a while. I was flying my butt so I decided to work on my form with light weight and try to strengthen my lower back/hamstrings for a couple months. Definitely lost some strength overall by goin super light for that long....but I'd rather not kill my back. 315 felt like 500 the other night, but my form was MUCH better than it was a couple months ago, so that's a plus.

Yesterday was first gym session, got off the plane, took a shower and went to the gym. Did chest and some light delt work, deff felt weaker, 1 week off gym really sucked, but i still manage to rep 315 for a double, slow as fuck but im okay with it. Repped to failure on OHP with 135, went to brush my teeth today and my delts cramped, never felt that before.

My quick honest review of Quest protein chips for those that havent had them.

If you are looking for a healthy alternative to chips these have the nice crunch that you associate with chips. However, if you expect them to taste just like chips you'd be disappointed. They taste okay, but they definitely aren't a doritos or pringle.

At 21g protein and only 120 calories per bag they are a good healthy alternative to regular chips

Nothin wrong with a little cardio. I'm startin to put a little more back in my routine. Nothin too strenuous. Just walking at 3-3.5 mph at a 2-4 incline. Just enough after the glycogen levels are depleted to burn a little of the extra fat I'm putting on.

Mine gets me to a good speed of powerwalk. With my junk knee I'm not sure I'll ever be able to jog or run..but it will also build up my legs some which is part of my overall goals to help with the knee.

If it's a late night out for me (such as my Tuesday dart league night or my AA meeting), if I only do one it's usually a shortened lift session of about 20 minutes..only time I do just cardio for 20 is if I'm dead tired.
