Mine has been more crowded than usual for the last 2 weeks. It's like they got a head start. Hopin it slows back down.

On a suckier note, might have done something to my back. Woke up yesterday morning and it was hurting like a mother. It was even tighter this morning. Been tryin to stretch it out but it's not workin too great. Might end up having to take a few days off and lose all kinds of gainz. Alllll kiiiiiinds.

I did something to my back on Tuesday and didn't go to the gym on new years eve or day and had plans to go snowboarding on new years day so I went to the chiropractor new years eve and he popped the shit out of my back and I woke up good as new the next day. I had never been to the chiropractor before but it worked.

Just had the first derp of the year. This dude that signed up today asked me before he was walking out the door which fruit had the most muscle repair stuff in it because he heard that steroids help heal muscles faster, so if he eats fruit with a lot of the stuff in it that steroids has in it, he'll put on a lot of mass.

    I said, "uh.......bananas"

    My head hurts

Only twice the number of people normally here. Still not bad. I woulda thought PF would be the place to go if you only wanted to work out for 2 weeks

Zach, you can join to NCAA thread again. All the stupidity has died down after recent events.
