Construction boots and a lumberjack shirt will fix that.

Dude, I am HOOKED on homemade freezer meals. I made burritos tonight, ate 2 and froze 5 monster sized ones. I am trying to get a meal plan where I can just cook in bulk a few times a week, freeze the left overs and then much em down when I am too busy to make something. Saves money too.

Nope, I was worried about that with the PB&J's but they tasted as good as when I made them.

Another thing you might like is frozen crock pot meals. You just take a day to prep all the ingredients, freeze them, and then take a bag out in the morning, toss it in the crockpot and come home to a warm tasty meal.

Not a freezer meal, but my first 2 meals are:

    Breakfast: Cheerios, 2 bowls.

Lunch: Burger with ketchup or plain turkey burger.

Works out b/c I work at a desk so I bring a box of Cheerios and eat at my desk, then hit the cafeteria for lunch. This also helps me not cheat.

I don't snack unless I'm starving but if that happens just have another bowl of Cheerios. At 100 calories a bowl you could do worse.

i have war on carbs, it's either keto style diet for me or full blown simple sugar carb load.

I don't love the carbs in the cereal, but Cheerios help keep my cholesterol in check. I'm willing to make the trade-off. A year ago on statins my cholesterol was 250...should be 100 or less. When I checked in last August down 30 pounds it was 62 and they took me off the meds, which was a huge goal for me..I'm willing to do whatever it takes to stay off them.

Hmm, lightweight squats (body weight and below) hurt my knee but 225 plus feels great. Ideas?

With 225 your knee has alot of tension on it but with body weight the ligaments in your knee are more free sprung. I have had 2 knee surgeries and can squat heavy, run, deadlift....etc but for some reason doing the eliptical still bothers my knee on the free weight up movement. Just a thought

voodoo floss band the knee and try it with body weight again. and do some knee lock out exercise, i like the one where you loop a resistence band around your knee pulling away from you and you try to stretch the band and lock your knees out standing up.

PS: idk if you have FB but add me @ Eric Zhann, i'll be the fat asian guy shooting an AR15

I think i have figured out my split, this is based primarily on ben rice's program for peaking but i just made some small changes.
    Monday: 30 min cardio
    Tuesday: squat + bench
    Wednesday: deadlift + bench
    Thursday: 30 min cardio
    Friday: squat + bench
Saturday: deadlift and big 3 accessory
    Sunday: rest
