I loved cytogain back in the day.

The stuff I use now is a brand called Intek and it tastes even better and is super lean. I really like it.

Used to be a fan back in the day. But, now that I'm on a health kick I stay away. That goes for soda as well. I cant remember the last time I drank one.

monster rehab tea's are good, they have green, red and regular tea, 10 calories, 3 carbs and a ton of caffine, non carbonated. i either drink one of those or i mix half a redline with a 20 ounce bottle of water and drink it during my workout.

I don't drink coffee at all but some days at the gym if it's been a long day I'll grab an extreme shock, extreme nos, or one of the vpx drinks out of the cooler.

I'm pretty strict about counting all my calories but the the way I look at energy drinks is hey its 10,20, maybe 60 cals. But caffeine does speed you up and you tend to move around more and workout a little harder so it works out.

Just gotta be careful drinking extreme amounts regularly. And it prohibits iron absorption if that's a concern to you.

Human Performance Lab I used to be at is doing a study now on whether caffeine has an effect on protein absorption. I hope it doesn't! Would mean no more caffeine ever for this guy!

My caffeine intake comes from animal rage. Which I'm still giving an A+ rating
