    It was pretty awesome.

I'm a terrible snapchatter. I hate taking pictures of myself. I only have it for the better potential of bewbs.

Haha yeah, I've been pretty fucking busy. Also, since Tuesday, I've had the flu, so I haven't even been to the gym all week either. Gonna try to hit it today-Sunday to get my 4 days in. Working at the Capitol is pretty badass, though...I get to meet so many important folks. Also, all the lobbyists up here provide lunch and dinner for the Senators because they all want shit from them, so I get at least 2 free meals everyday #winning

    Haha athankyou

Haha yeah, my family hooked me up with a lot of Jos A Bank gift cards for my b-day, so I got some really nice suits. I got 4 for $900, plus I've got a few others. Nothing beats a well-tailored suit

I'm long overdue for a haircut. My hair is naturally wavy, so 2-3 weeks after a haircut, it gets all puffy....it fucking sucks

Oh, and here's a fresh selfie for all my fans:

Don't be. It's more hair then I'll ever have. The only hair style that tailors to my widows peak is a mohawk and can't have that in the military, only when I take my 2 week vacation every year.

On another note, this morning at the gym there was this db who would get the 100lb weighted barbell by pulling it off the pyramid rack from the 3 rack spot and let it drop to the floor. He would then do weighted lunges with it on his shoulders and when he was done he would let it go and let it fall, he would let all the plates on the cable machines slam down, not rerack weights or put the dumbells back, etc. Just being a first class ass clown. I've been at this gym for 3 years and have never once seen him. Finally one of the trainers there comes in early for his workout before work and said something to him about it and dude flips his shit! Starts yelling about how its bullshit and there's no fucking rules against that and everyone is a pussy and shouldn't be here if they don't want to hear the weight slammed, etc. The trainer then said that if he keeps it up he'll call the cops and have his membership cancelled. All because the guy had no common sense gym etiquette. Wasn't like he was a big guy either, he was tall and had a pretty big beer gut but his upper arms were no bigger than my forearms. Seriously though, who the fuck does ab workouts with a lifting belt on? ^That guy. Sorry to rant, but wtf mate?

So I workout this morning and this dumb ass trainer comes up to me and complains about me banging the weight - I freaked all out, then he said he would call the cops...what a bunch of pussies in this Las Vegas gym! I'll never go there again. Then one DB gave me the eye because I was wearing my lifting belt to train ABS - what an ASS...his forarms looks like nothing....I just looked at him and he ran out of the gym into his little ass truck and drove right off.

I've had that peak since I was 15..FML. Between that and the bald spot on the back I started buzzing it 7 yrs ago. I did have long hair for a while both as a teenager and in my late 20s-early 30s.

What sucked is that the mohawk never worked as it was also thinning in the middle. Reverse mohawk like Hawk from Legion of Doom..

Well, I am going to have to start running my dogs in the morning. He has become rather destructive when left alone and now has to be crated to manage the behavior for a few weeks. I feel bad putting him in the kennel without exercise, even if I am gone for an hour so 6 am runs it is.

Sadly, I have to start this in the winter. Any one have tips for a winter jog? I see tights everywhere, even on the males that brave the cold. I am guessing thats my best choice? Come school he may have to stay in there a bit longer than id like. My roommate is pretty good about letting him out as well though so probably won't be bad.

I can't believe I am going to start running again. Never get a dog guys, they force you to do cardio :(.
