    The better coast
How cold? Sometimes a pair of tights and something to break the wind is all you need. Other times you need actual thermals.

It's best to start out a bit cold so when you warm up you'll be warm. If you start out warm when your body warms up you will start to sweat, which will then make you cold.

I would rather run everyday than be a man with 3 cats

Mornings are always below freezing now. I would guess 0-10 degrees without wind on most days. I don't get cold as easy as others though. The run will be short, probably a mile or two and back to the house to hit the gym. I keep my place around 50 - 60 degrees and my room is always freezing since I leave my window open. So ill be starting out cold. I just want enough warmth to keep my joints feeling good. I really hate when I can feel my knees freezing or fingers.

You keep your house and 50 - 60 degrees and leave the window open when its 0 - 10 outside? Are you part Inuit or something? Its been below zero the majority of the past couple weeks and I keep my house at a cozy 70. The warmer it is the less clothes my better half wears. :D

Haha no, not part inuit. My nephew is however. Funny thing, my sister and her family came from alaska only to complain about how cold wyoming gets .

But ya, I am not a fan of heat. 50-60 is shorts and tee for me. Anything above 70 and I start to get uncomfortable. We have a wood stove that I run on occasion (my roommate is impaired when it comes to starting a fire) and that gets the upstairs to about 70 when its running hot. My room stays ice cold. Sometimes I shut the window because my hands freeze up but I am generally very comfy in sweats and some slippers. I do enjoy starting the fire and letting the super hot heat warm me up, but i don't enjoy a constant high temp.

Back to the grind, kicked back in my gym membership and about to start training for another trail relay (Ragnar Zion) this spring. Hit my first yoga class in 6 mo last night, and it kicked my ass. I'm stiff. I was a little more stiff after such a hot, crowded room full of yogis. :p

Ha! Sadly, I'm getting it cut tomorrow...no worries because it grows so fast, it'll be back to 80's status in 3 weeks. I hate my hair

Also, I hate that I have yet to go to the gym this week. I just don't wanna go and have DOMS plus body aches from the flu. Also, I don't wanna infect everyone

Your hair is pretty close to Goodman's also, but I was referencing Eric! ;)
